Popular Tallmadge jewelry store will close |
Fourth-generation Cevasco Jewelers Emporium of Tallmadge will close its doors after nearly 80 years in business. Kevin Cevasco, who owns the shop at Metric Drive and East Avenue with his wife, Cathy, sent a flyer to customers last weekend about their going-out-of-business sale. The retail store is expected to close by the new year. Kevin Cevasco said six months of construction on East Avenue (County Road 18), which ran through September, has hurt their retail business."We had so much inventory it was just devastating, and we couldn't possibly move the product,"
